Best advice is to get a packet of biscuits and make a date to call out the lads in Fermoy. It's microlight HQ for Cork!

Biscuits your choice. As for contacting the "who's who of those who do" you might be well served by picking up a copy of the "Aviators Guide to Ireland" - but in the meantime I've pm'd you a number.
