I'd second this motion :)
I'd been attending the EIAB airshows from the early 80's...the golden age of Irish Airshows, in my opinion, with acts such as the late "Sammy" Bruton in his sunburst yellow and red Stampe SV4, the late Arthur Wignall in his Harp liveried Pitts, Brian Lecomber in his Dunlop Pitts, Spencer Flacks Spitfire G-FIRE, Aer Lingus Iolar, IAC Silver Swallows/Cessnas/Chipmunk, USAF A-10's and C-130's etc etc.....ohh....and the infamous Colonel Crackshot
One of my fondest memories was being permitted to stand at the edge of the runway as a Ryanair Bac-111 (remember them?) made a series of low passes along the runway.George Farrar was the main organiser of these shows AFAIK....maybe he could be persuaded to throw another bash? 8)

From an article I read about it, there were injuries but none were serious. The pilot was ok. Same cannot be said for the plane...
