I know someone who landed a C150 (EI-AST) on 07 and stop'd it before the intersection,
Take offs are optional, but landings aare manditory!

I once saw a BMI Baby B737-500 landing on r/w 17, and stopped before the control tower :shock: Beat that :P

You should see Swansea....

Not only does it dip beyond a hill at three-quarter's length, crumbling surfaces means thay've drawn a mini-runway inside the borders of the concrete that's the safe bit to use!

how high was that cruise, its looks brilliant, the pics.

the jack lynch, always wanted to see what that was like from the air!!!

The cruise was FL70 but we were climbing at the time I took it so it was probably around 5000ft.

Do you know where EI-BXO is these days and if its flying?

I can state definitively that it's not in Kilrush, but other than that I don't know where it might be.
