2008 Letterkenny Flying Club BBQ/Hooley in the Hangar.

Post by jonkil » Fri May 09, 2008 7:32 pm

Letterkenny Flying Club in Donegal will hold their annual Fly-in,BBQ and Hooley in the hangar on the weekend of the 28th and 29th June. This date has been chosen instead of our normal "first weekend in August" date as it does not clash with Popham & other events.
The fly-in will be happening from 12pm onwards on the Saturday and the BBQ begins in haste from 19:30 onwards..... A full bar will be available on the night and music will be provided also.
Anyone wishing to Camp can do so at the airfield, full facilities on site or B&B's/Guesthouses & hotels are local to the field.
Mogas will be available by trips to the local filling station (Gerry cans/transport) provided.
Will be a good nights craic, everyone welcome to come along.
Tickets available from any club member at 10 euro each (inc all food) or you can pay on arrival at the event.
A/G Radio on 129.55 from 12pm onwards on the Saturday.
See www.LetterkennyFlyingClub.Com for further details.

Hope to see you all there.

Is there many of you forum regulars intending to come up for the LFC fly-in?
Can organise some accommodation if you need... get in touch.

Hope to see you there.
