Sure if things change, keep the eye out for the two dodgy lookin lads flying a yellow warrior ( or green ) with an alphaLaura in the back.

Looking at the charts for the weekend, that high pressure is settled over us until Saturday and then moves off NE. But hopefully it'll stay put long enough to keep any frontal stuff off us.

If it differs slighty from what you predicted Laura, we're throwing you out halfway to Kilkenny.

Should be there, weather permitting - G-AVTP Reims Cessna 172 from EGLM via EGFA (bladder not what it used to be)! Then to Monamolin for a few days R&R.

Heh. Nah I am well dissapointed I won't be there. I have never been to a fly in, and it would be so handy for me under different circumstances...

I'm actually going climbing Galty M?r tomorrow. SE mountain rescue's 30th anniversary climb to the site of the air crash which caused them to set-up.

Was out at the airfield earlier, and in fairness, the place is looking ship-shape! Hope the sun shines for ye lads, I'll be there in spirit. :P

Unfortunately we didn't even bother to pull the aircraft out of it's hangar today. Cloud at 300ft and 6km visibility changed our minds for us.

Can't imagine there was a whole load going on today. Anyone know if there was any flying going on up there ?

Probably had a better view of the country ( and better visibility ) on Galty M?r Nano. Nice way to spend a sunday afternoon.
