Re: Favorite Aircraft
Always was and will be the F-4 Phantom.
I grew up in the UK during the 70's and low level RAF/USAFE Phantoms would regularly overfly my home. EE Lightnings,Vulcan's,Hawker Hunters were also regular traffic and I also have vivid memories of a Gnat equipped RAF Red Arrows flying overhead en route to a local airshow.

Its the vampire for me
Re: Favorite Aircraft
Quite fond of the pittspecial or Stearman. Yet to fly either.
Re: Favorite Aircraft
For me it's a tie between the Tiger Moth and the Spitfire. With two memorable flights in Tigers, I'm still hopeful of a Spit flight one day. Probably have to win big on the lottery first.

Mine is Lockheed F-117A Nighthawk.
Re: Favorite Aircraft
For me it has to be the North American P51 with the iconic sound of the Merlin engine....nothing comes close.
