Post by georgeconna » Thu Oct 18, 2007 1:22 pm

Folks,

The Vulcan XH558 has flown today, 1st time since 1992 and is on the TV news. I have been looking forward to this day for years.

This is the best thing that has happened for years and will boost Airshow attendance all over the UK, Hope she is in Portrush next year!!

I booking my tickets for Bigginhill next year early as it will be the 1st show it will be attending.

Best luck to the TVOC and the team there.

George.

Class!

Beautiful machines, thay have one in Duxford. Kinda scary when you think about what they were intended for. :!:

One of the most interesting documentaries I've ever seen was when they intervieweed the crews for the V force bombers. They told all about the drills and training and physhologically what it was like at the time.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
