Hugo and Xacto looks like I got the original picture back up so as you can see I cropped it to exclude the railway line and the sea which would have been a dead giveaway. So how would you both have done ?
Hugo , working on those maps for you!

Right enough Tony, a bit more difficult. But again I think I would have
picked out the Aeroplane sheds layout (hangars to you younger guys).
Very distintive grouping, particularly in Ireland.
Thanks Tony, looking forward to the maps.

Hugo.

Hugo,
142 was actually a Avro XIX series 1 c/n 1314 although usually referred to as an Anson by the Air Corps , its correct designation is Avro XIX and was referred to initially in pilots log books as such. It ground looped at Baldonnel 13 Jan 1958 and WFU. Stovepipe's picture shows the incident.
(Hugo Have you checked your e mails and attachments)

Flying in Ireland Vol 4 issue 1 Dec/Jan2008 had an extensive article on the Air Corps Gladiators by one Tony Kearns and lovely art work by Filip Servit. Will dig out some Lysander pics later.

Thanks Tony!
There's a very nice Gladiator out for FSX and an upcoming Lizzie. It would be nice to have some repaints in IAC colours, hence the need for pics.

Much appreciated.:)

Hi Folks,
Let me clarify; the photos I got from a bin outside the Photo Section in the Don. I had nothing to do with 191's restoration;)
