Flying a heli to a graduation???

Post by michael747 » Mon Aug 25, 2008 6:53 pm

Hey all,

I'm looking for a bit of help on the above.

Basically i have a friend that wants to fly to his college for his graduation ceremony, and he was just wondering if he needs special permission to land on the college grounds??

It's obvious (and courtious) to get permission from the college, but what else???

I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a registered helipad so what does he need??

Any information would be greatly appreciated ASAP.

Thanks
Regards,

:D

Permission from the land owner of the college is all that is needed I think.
