hi, i am in 6th year and i can start start my training next year, should i do a 4 year college course and then do my fight trainng or should i just start my PPL next year

I'm not overly confident to give much advice, but I would do both at the same time. I work full time+ some overtime and still have time to do PPL, so you should be able to combine college and PPL. College should be higher priority anyway, you always need something to fall back on

Hi Cillian.

I would recommend you attend college. Pick a decent course that is relevant and something that you will be interested in too so that you will complete it. If you are fortunate enough to have the money to do both then I would do as Martins has said and combine both. I also believe DCU are running a course in conjunction with FTE Jerez where you get an ATPL plus a Degree in Airline Operations.
