I really cant see AL starting cadetship training.

I really don't think it's going to happen...
They were constantly training cadets while they were expanding before 9/11
If they're gonna be looking for pilots in the next few years, I presume they'll
take the sensible option and choose from the thousands of rated FO's that are current
with a couple of thousand hours. Or at least take on Frozen ATPL Cadets like FR.

And another thing, The quote of €150000 is a bit overboard to believe,
Even if they do put you up in the Burj Al Arab.
