I presume you've considered Florida? Schools over there have cheap hours building packages. For example Ormond Beach does 50 hours in a C150 for €3799. Even when you add the cost of travel and accommodation, it's still a cheap deal, and Florida is an interesting place to fly around.

Hi there
Find a Permit aircraft such as a D112 or a 117 or a Piper Colt or a Champ, for under E20K, fly it's ass off for a year. You'll sell it for near enough for what you paid for it and you'll have had a great time flying around the country and abroad.

Waterford Aero Club...

Tecnam P2002-JF. Rental from €125 per tacho hour. 1 flying hour generally equates for 0.7 tacho hours. So that's €87.50 an hour which aint half bad.
