I reckon anyone that does do it will have a strong enough interest.
Interviewers are looking for this, it's a long intensive 2yr course with not much pay in the wet & wild west so motivation will be a big factor.

I heard some feedback from the interviewers. Basically the final interview panel has been chosen. They said the first panel varied in the interviewing abilities. There was many who could talk the hind legs of a donkey and knew there stuff. There were others who really wanted the job but couldn't answer the basic maths questions. And there were those who came with the wrong attitude. I believe you all should be hearing something shortly.

Good job I'd be more than happy with all 3 of those factors.

I did mine on Monday. There were a few interesting questions. Some of the same questions as asked in the first interview though.
