PTC, ONLY do all there licences seperatly. They are a Modular flight school and do not provide the same Intergrated airline pilot training

Eh yeh they do, I'm on the course........

Not sure if the training is in that order though. I was told you now do the JAA MEP/MEIR before the CPL and you do the MCC with PARC, plus PTC send you to Florida for the PPL. They are also getting a sim to do a portion of the MEP/MEIR on.

Hi. I believe its in this order:

Hour building
ATPL theroy
Type rating Of desired Aircraft

There are alot of websites out there with good information, but with some sites are a bit misleading so be carefull and dont take it as gospel.

JFH for someone who has more then likely never talked to anyone in PTC, be that student or staff, or probably never set foot in the place you seem to know an awful lot about them?

I suggest you let present or past students answer questions because I'm getting a little fed up of you being the first to join the "bash PTC band wagon".

Just my two cents. :D

Of course you do the licenses one at a time, it would be pretty hard to do an atpl subject and fly a multi engine plane while doing your ppl groundschool.

Saying that we are mixing the multi and cpl a bit as to get the required hours before the flight tests.

So you need a PPL and 100hrs PIC before you can start your CPL do you?

What about the

How much would they cost?
And how many hrs are in each????

Seriously thinking about starting the ATPL's!!!

Thanks for that JFH.

I think i'll start the ATPL's with PTC next month.

Roughly how long will it take does anyone know???
If you do the reccommended 16hrs study a week i think it is!!!

Thanks again JFH
