There are some very, very, active GA pilots in Ryanair. One in particular comes to mind who will talk all day about Piper Cubs (which he owns, and has a float rating on), and flies a Stearman.

Is their a specific question EI-BFP? Maybe one of them passing by might add something?

I thought Ryanair pilots contracts state they were not allowed fly GA?
If God had meant men to fly, he would of given them more money!

I have heard this before, but I know plenty of guys who fly for them and fly GA. Maybe its the guys on the Brookfield contract?

Do GA hours effect commercial hours, or can you legally fly all the GA hours you like and still have all your commercial hours?

Fishy, Unfortunately that is a recent edict from the top, within the last month or so. Apparently it has been ordered by the IAA. However I can imagine quite a few ignoring it, especially those who owen aircraft. I also wonder if it has been applied to Aer Lingus, Eirjet and Aer Arann Pilots?
