For anyone who needs help,i will explain the above pic.The Ryanair is CLEARLY heading in the direction of the irish coast line.If someone thought that this plane bound for London - STN,FACING THE EAST COAST OF IRELAND!!!!!,AT FL068 is when it reported problems, well then thats their mistake.
As you can see there are no other aircraft in the area(except on take-off) and RYR208 is starting a left hand turn to descend to burn off some height. It is around 13NM from the RWY28 @ EIDW.

From what i heard listening to DUB NORTH ACC(129.175) RYR208 asked for stop climb at FL160,then return to EIDW & then MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY for RWY28 @ EIDW!!
I was listening to this live.Listening to a pilot reacting to an event on board his aircraft. If IF i have gotten any information wrong("EFFECT ON ENGINE COMPRESSOR") i do apologize,it was not done to mislead,it is what i believed i heard spoken. As i said before,i listened to this live = Base Scanner.

ALL OTHER INBOUND TRAFFIC DIRECTED TO HOLDING POINTS WHILE RYR208 MAKES A RETURN TO EIDW

AND THE HOLDING BEGINS!!

So if you were sitting there you would have found it funny?? grow up
You pass this way but once, there is no such thing as normal. There is you and the rest, now and forever. Do as you damn well please or you could end up being a pot-bellied, hairless boring old fart.

I didn't find it funny when i was on a flight that was having pressurization problems at 14k!!!!!!

It's not a nice experience, not even as a pilot - passenger....

I could have done without it anyway!!!!

Post by futurebreeze » Wed Sep 17, 2008 10:11 pm

Sorry men.

My bad choice of words got us all into this.
Really sorry again.

I hope no offence(or upset) was caused.

Apologies to all.
