Post by Tonybwf »

Hi all,

Dis anyone hear Air France is apparently about to move its cargo operation out of Shannon in favour of Dublin. They will apparently still courier freight between the two airports....im not shure if this is facts but i heard its a strong rumour

Hey Tony,

Im afraid its fact. Air France are going to take the Singapore slot from Dublin and operate from Chicago to Dublin and onwards to Paris. I presume the aircraft will then operate from Paris to Dubai.

There's no 777 cargo conversion (yet), although AF will be the first airline to take delivery of the 777LRF.

The move to DUB is now all but confirmed:
