Morning M Dowling,

Due to an aircraft shortage, Eirjet will be operating for Ryanair out of their LPL base up until March 26th.

FR's method of calculating hours tends to put them in a bind around this time of year.

RYR455 is the LPL-DUB flight.....RYR have had to cancel flights due to the Boeing strike, which has thrown off schedules etc and Eirjet have been hired in- Islandsflug were also used.

BFP - a lot of scepticism on PPRuNe that that is the reason - plenty of 738s sitting around STN/LTN if it is to be believed.

its crew shortages!!! nothing to do with striking boeing workers.you dont see any other boeing operator cancelling flights!! they have the aircraft but not enough crew.boeing strike was months ago along with FR unable to register aircraft because of the same reason
