I could have sworn one of the directors got in trouble with the law last year and thay ceased trying to set up the airline.
If they do start up it will be a good thing. What routes will they service?
Regards,
Aidan

Hi,

That airline last year was Freshaer. (apparently they have some backers in common though)

Jetgreen are scheduled to begin Malaga and Alicante initially, with talk of Rome and some others too.

See flyjetgreen.com for further info.
Axe the stopover.... and i'm from Shannon!

You're confusing JetGreen, this year's contender with last year's no-show, Freshaer.
JetGreen has obviously risen from the ashes of the shambles that was Freshaer, having some of the same personnel behind it and a similar setup but they appear to have parted company with the individual who had certain difficulties with the authorities in the UK and done other clever things, like actually acquired an aircraft!

As for routes, mainly Med stuff. Look at their website:

Obviously didn't do enough clever things! I think they actually clocked in at eight days in operation. What a bunch of cowboys! Wonder what they'll cal next summer's outfit - "Third Time Lucky Airways"?
