does anyone know if finners airspace is still closed, now that its not an active airbase anymore?

Id presume so, since they have live firing exercises on their land.

Give them a call on the general phone number 071-9841488 (Irish Army)
or 071-9841163 (Irish Air Corps S&R). But as the owner is the
Department of Defence, I think I can guess what the answer will be.

the runway is closed as there are two white x's on it. I think there is still an active ATC there for the Alouettes etc doing troop transport.

ah right, we were in that area on sunday and were wondering about it, now that its closed, didnt chance it anyway ;)
