FlyingInIreland Magazine & NMAI Fly-In 2013

Post by mark » Fri Jun 28, 2013 3:45 pm

Hi all,

We now have most of the details confirmed for our fly-in this year. Full details including briefing and poster can be found at the dedicated fly-in page at http://www.flyinginireland.com/2013-fly-in.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

This years fly-in will take place at Limetree Airfield, Co. Laois over the weekend of August 3rd and 4th. All are welcome, if it flies, bring it! Anyone with an aircraft that is performance limited is welcome to fly to another local airfield with a longer runway and we will fly you across to Limetree.

Look forward to seeing many of you again this year. Fingers crossed for good weather.

Regards,
Mark

The event page has been updated today, please see http://www.flyinginireland.com/2013-fly-in.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

There will be gliding at Monasterevin this weekend so be careful and keep a good lookout if you're coming from that direction. They will be operating on 130.40MHz. It will also be busy at Clonbullogue so if you're close to them contact them on 128.550MHz.

We're all looking forward to a good weekend!

Mark

Mark

many thanks to you & all the team for another superbly organised Fly-in.
Just a pity the weather didn't behave itself on Saturday - but this is Ireland after all!
