There will be Air Racing at Enniskillen on 6th and 7th of July (race check out on 5th). Any aircraft can enter as the air racing is handicapped so it doesn't matter if you are flying a Piper Cub or a Beech Baron. The slowest aircraft will take off first followed gradually by aircraft that have a higher max cruise speed and the fastest aircraft will take off last. The idea is that the race is about your nav skills and not dependent on your aircraft's performance. If everyone's nav around the track/turning points was 100% accurate then everyone would cross the finish line at the same time but not flying in straight lines to your next turning point or not keeping your turn as tight as possible around the turning point will delay your time over the finish line. The circuit is flown from 500-700ft depening on the area that it is in.
Here are some videos of it.
