Airline licence USA

Post by mikeyP »

Hi all,

Can anyone give some advise on Airline Programmes in USA?

I'm looking to head over in July to start a course, there's a load of schools all getting good/ bad reviews.

Can anyone, from experience, recommend and good schools?

Thanks, mike :D

I think you need to be more specific. Are you looking to do an FAA course or a JAA/EASA course in America?

If it's an FAA course you won't be in a position to even apply for a job back here unless it's converted to an EASA licence.

Also it's not an airline licence. It'll be a Commercial licence.

Hey, yeah sorry.

It'll be up to JAA Frozen ATPL.

I'm looking at flyEASA.com.

You no much about them?

They used to be Ormond Beach Aviation and they had a spotty reputation at times. Having said that I know people who went there and have good things to say about them. Schools can improve or disimprove over the years. Try and find a current student or two to ask.

Hi
You may be sorted at this stage, but I would recommend European Flight Training in FL, fly eft.com.

I did my JAA PPL there and have been back twice to hour build and CPL ME.

Pm if you want more info..
