I would have thought liquidation is a process specific to the indebted corporate entity, and that maximizing the value of the underlying asset (i.e the airport) would be best achieved by the continuance of it's underlying business. Weston seems much busier than say a year ago, indeed it surprises me everytime I visit. It's mostly zoned green belt out there, and there is no finance/demand for another higher or better use. My bet is it will be an operational airport for a while yet.
