Another new website from Usher, fantastic I could't wait. On average that two new websites a year.
Has anything else changed? Some people have a nerve! What a load of crap.

Awesome promotion on TV3 with stolen photos. Usher Aviation illegally used my private photos.
My pictures were also used on the website usherair.ie - of course without my permission...

    So yes - good promo!

    Did you copyright your photos?
If you post anything private online, then you are only leaving yourself open to others unless you have a patent, copyright or legal trade-mark on your said item.
God forbid, if my photos that I took of a plane where ever shown on national television, I too, would have a full mental breakdown like yourself and I think I would have to check my self into a mental institution.

The new site looks good. My favourite place in Ireland for my aviation needs, Usher Aviation 8) Keep up the good work guys.

Ireland is a small country, one soon runs out of people to rip off. You should probably start looking for a new job Mr. aeroreport, in another "centre of excellence".

Photos are automatically copyrighted to the photographer. There is absolutely no need to add any additional copyright marks to the image.

Is there something in the Irish psyche that compels people to always look at the negative. A company draws attention to the fact that it has a new website and some people feel the need to be publically critical. If Cessna, Piper and Cirrus have given them approved service centre status etc they must have achieved the appropriate quality standards. From my limited knowledge of Usher Aviation they compare very well, if not better, with other maintenance organisations in Ireland.

I agree with everything you said, but just to add, that if they did sort things out with that guy from Hungary, any self respecting company would have come back to post details of the "happy outcome" simply to protect their reputation.

Indeed a self respecting company with nothing to hide would have most likely made a post denying the claims initially or explaining how they were checking the accuracy of the claims and intended to sort it if they were true.

Instead they just ignored it and hoped it would go away.

I've never had any dealings with UAI, but their handling of that incident on here would make me very wary of doing business with them.

@cam40, you are crediting me with something I didn't do or say, although I agree entirely. As someone who has written and drawn for several publications, I have had individuals using my stuff without crediting me, which is a pain in the neck because it's cheeky at best and morally and legally wrong at worst.
