Pilot Interned by Irish Authorities after crashing in Donegal

The charges levelled against the pilot are

Crossing the FIR without a flight plan.
Flying a Non EASA ANNEX II aircraft into Irish Airspace without permission from authorities.
Flying in Irish Airspace without a validated license
Flying in Irish Airspace without a Class II medical.
Dropping of Parachutist without Commercial License.
Jumping solo from Aircraft without an Irish Parachute Licence or FAI certificate.
Failure to clearly mark the location of explosives (munitions) on aircraft
Use of Radio Telephony device without English Language Proficiency
