GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!
We have just received confirmation from Mr John Sheehan, IAOPA Secretary General,
that AOPA Ireland is now officialy affiliated to the International Council of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (IAOPA)
We have been unofficially affiliated to IAOPA since January 2010 but, today it is official.

I fully agree with those sentiments. We could not have better people looking after our aviation interests in Ireland. I know from experience because I have been dealing with them over the last year and a more dedicated, helpfull bunch of people you could not wish to meet. Dont take my word for it, get in touch and see for yourself.

Many thanks everyone for the support, always appreciated.

We are now receiving applications from different Clubs/schools enquiring about corporate membership plus, from airfield owners/licencees about "aopa approval"

Our goals are to accomodate as many as possible, in the simplest way possible for the good of GA in Ireland.
