No junk mail for me :(

I rang them yesterday, and they advised that registration should be nearly instant.

They also said that user name would be the email address that I registered with.

Tried that and password, but still didn't work.

I tried registering with a differrent email address...still nothing.

Will have to call back today.

Can anyone else confirm that the user name is the email address that you registered with?

I called AIS and they're just tweaking a few snags,
Should be back online in a few days

Pilot,

I can confirm that the email address is indeed the username.

However it will not become active until you follow the link in the confiramtion email.

Im using gmail and it was filtered too my spam folder. You might have to liase with AIS to sort out the problem.

It seems you cannot file a plan to a destination outside of the island of Ireland but no doubt that will come in time.

You can select ''Other - Please Specify'' into both departure AD and destination AD.
Is that not a way of filing one for a worldwide location?
I'd say it is.....

As per Glenn's post, you need to click the confirmation link in the email. Unfortunately I have not received the email, and it's not in my spam folder.

AIS were able to sort it out eventually for me....I think their tech people confirmed the account without me having to click the confirmation email.

Their advice seems to be:
1. Check your spam/junk mail folder for the email.
2. Try registering again. If your first registration was successful, you should get a confirmation that the email address is already registered, so you can't register a second time.
3. If still no joy, then contact them.

Thanks everyone for your help...I'm now up and running :)

Thanks to the advice in this thread I retrieved the mail from my spam folder and completed the registration. The service looks very handy and easy to use.
