Looking for woman pilots

Post by Henriette » Mon Jun 08, 2009 2:11 pm

German filmmaker based in Ireland is researching for for a documentary project about the European aviatrices of the 1920s and 30s: Lady Mary Heath, Amy Johnson, Beryl Markham / IRE + UK, Elly Beinhorn, Thea Rasche and Marga von Etzdorf / Germany, Maryse Bastié, Adrienne Bolland / France just to name a few.

For this project I am looking for woman pilots who fly today and who are interested in the early pioneers. Ideally they would fly one of the old planes or be interested in doing so. Or have embarked on similar flying adventures or are planning to do so.

Looking forward to hearing from you buegger@gmx.de

Don't think I qualify:

...Ideally they would fly one of the old planes...
The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no.
