I can't help but comment on this to be fair to others.

For those considering this cadet scheme make sure you do your research and ask as many questions as you can to make sure it's for you, as you would with any other job.

I believe things have changed for the better but I along with 8 other cadets had a very bad experience which saw three of us leave and one let go. Again I believe conditions have improved but make sure you ask questions.

Fugly,

That is not a cringe. I left a very fair comment.

There should be no problem with people asking plenty of questions and doing research.

We all had a bad experience which you can't deny. In my short post I stated twice that I believed conditions had improved.

Where exactly is the cringe?

I left that post for the benefit of others by being open and honest. I didn't take a personal swipe at you and I don't appreciate you doing so. If you have another for me there's no need to drag it onto a public forum, you have my email and phone number.
