Notice from Aer Rianta - Cork

Post by mark »

I have been asked to post the following notice from Aer Rianta:

Notice of withdrawal of
Parking Facilities
General Aviation / Training Aircraft.

Due to the New Terminal Building project and the construction of a New Fire Station at Cork Airport, both the Light Aircraft Parking area and Stand No 1 have been withdrawn from use , with immediate effect, until further notice.

This severely restricts the Parking availability for General Aviation and Training Aircraft.

Prior Permission ( PPR ) for Parking is essential if you intend to fly into Cork Airport.

While Aer Rianta will always endeavour to facilitate the Pick Up / Drop Off of Passengers , please note Parking may NOT be available and WILL BE restricted .
Maximum Time permitted on the Ground at Cork will be 20 Minutes .

Contact Details for Prior Permission are as follows :-

Operations Control Centre (OCC)

Telephone 00 353 21 4329760

Fax No. 00 353 21 4311009

E- Mail

Issue Date 1st March 2004 .
