Just wondering what some of these terms mean:

flight pay/per diem??

sector pay i.e 12euro/sector, 1.27/duty hour??

A flight from Dublin to London is one sector, so you would get 12 Euro. A shorthaul Pilot in Europe would commonly enough do a 4 sector day, Like Dublin-Gatwick, Gatwick Dublin, Dublin Manchester, Manchester Dublin. 4 sectors or Legs.

You are required to turn up a certain time before scheduled departure, say 1 hour. Your Duty starts from this time, to say 45 mins after the time you arrive on Stand. If this is 10hrs its 10 x 1.27.
