The 48 page NPA is packed with good things but there is quite a lot of possible devilry in the detail which will have t be carefully managaed if the Coomment by inteested parties is to succeed
Look on the EASA or PFA web where there is a complee PDF or mail me for a 2-page precis
This is a time when NASrev just cannot afford to be ponderous
This is the most positive move for GA since the ICAO 1945 meeting in Dublin
My understanding is that NASRAv will meet with Mr Newby twice during the coming months.
If anyone would like to make suggestions on items to discuss with Mr Newby, they can do so here
The proposed amendment up for discussion can be viewed here:

Well you may have the best man - but he's not on he job, as looking across to the other side of this valley I can see he is pottering in his back garden
There is one other that might be he, up in your latitude - but understand he to be not in circulation right now
Could you possibly elucidatate a bit for me on private mail? - or call me
I believe NASRAv will have 3 seats at the said meeting with Mr Newby. Harry McNamara, Philip Purcell and the other seat will probably be occupied by Ken Reynolds, although he may be at the meeting in another capacity. Ken Haslett will be there with his National aeroclub hat on. We are all reading and digesting the proposed ammendment at the moment. People can use the thread on the nasrav website to make suggestions/comments on the document.
I suggest you talk to Harry if you do not want to make your suggestions/comments public.
This is an URGENT and non-recurring situation and said Committee should realise that in such circumstances a goodly portion of their oil supply should be stored where accessible at midnight for burning
