There will never be sponsored Cadets again. The world changed forever after 9/11 and sponsored Cadetships will be remembered as one of the victims. The future for similarly inclined airlines is the CTC scheme.

Its a big pity about it, you never know, ryanair might look seriously into the future, especially with all of the aircraft lying on the ground and the 150 more they ordered. They might just need a hugh batch of pilots.
When a flight is proceeding incredibly well, something was forgotten.
