It is immediately NE of the remains of the Silvermines tailings pool and is in fact the 2nd excellent grass aerodrome you will encounter flying 195 from Nenagh

Be not surprised : when the Good Lord invented grass he had, above all,in mind, the convenience and well-being of Angels and others who might wish to alight thereupon.

I have no info as to when these aerodromes may go public

(The tailings one is huge by Irish Standards)

    Hello Maurice,

In one of your last postings, you wrote:-

"It is immediately NE of the remains of the Silvermines tailings pool and is in fact the 2nd excellent grass aerodrome you will encounter flying 195 from Nenagh(The tailings one is huge by Irish Standards)"

I must have missed your previous mention of the above aerodromes. I
have searched back, but found nothing.
I wonder if you could give me more details on both aerodromes, for
instance the distance from Nenagh on the 195 track, the location names
or any other information that might help.
    Thank you for your help.

    Hugo.
