converted to run on ethanol

Hi anyone read this yet ? Anyone running on Ethanol in Ireland ? (copied below from Forum on the www.pacificnorthwestflying.com site.) For interest sake, this was posted on the Yahoo Cessna 150_152 Forum: A Cessna 152 has been converted to run on ethanol, not E85 or AGE85, pure ethanol. Fuel cost is...

Thank you v.much for all your advise , all the above makes sense. I also had pre-planned similar possible scenarios, but ultimately, it all comes down to Safety. I kind of got lossed looking at the how and can it be done. Not taking in to account Human factors.... Cheers, Alan

Hello , thank you all for your replies and advice. I 'm down from "cloud 9" this morning... My "master plan" would only work with a purchase of a "Piper Comanche 140" , or "Cessna 152/172." I have never included running costs of the trips. These were hidden co...

try the Jeppesen charts, updated regularly.
you can also get monthly Airfileds revisions for only 55 euro per year

I agree with a 1:250 000 chart's is very much needed for ireland especially for VFR, there are many visual points which could be marked , but impossible on a 1:500 000
