I used Online gar last month while travelling to France with one stop in UK. Although Aopa are saying that submiting an online gar is free, I still had to purchase credits which are around 3£ per form. Not really sure about the free thing.

Of course, aerobatics course is an advanced flying, you will need your PPL licence at least before you can do something like that. Unless you just want someone to bring you for a spin in the passenger seat

It says you are from Cork. Why not visit Atlantic Flying Academy as I think they do an 8 hour aerobatic course on a Super Decathlon.

I also want to do aerobatics course, but I will do it either in the States or UK, as I want do try it out on the Extra 300.

Hi, A good few clubs based around Dublin. Some of them with great availability's Theres Trim flying club based in Trim. I think they are taking on new members, then you have DublinFlyers based in Weston, The Hotel Bravo Flying club, also based in Weston .You also have East Coast based in Weston, not...

Just to put the record straight there was never a ramp check at the Irish parachute club by the Iaa just people who like to spread rumors saying that there was. I think there was one in Clonbellogue recently aswell.
Friend of mine was there at the time. They check for usual stuff, all the aircraft docs, which should be on board anyway, (insurance cert should be always carried) Pilots licence, etc.
