HUM So, since you can test for the alcohol in a testing vessel by adding water and ending up with it removed from the fuel and absorbed by the water, couldn't you simply do the same thing on a larger scale with, say a five gallon container, and then just sump the resulting water/alcohol out of the b...

Time was you could buy an aircraft from the buy and sell, and go and fly, very competent Instruction was available which prevented accidents but it was unleglislated for, The NMAI have worked very hard for many a year trying to end the bad old days of which you speak stovepipe, they have my support ...

Stovepipe! I am surprised at you in particular for making such a irevalent sweeping statement, Performance? Most Microlights would fly up yer leg and land in their own length MET. He sucessfully diverted into EICL, I understand that he had decended below a level at which comms with dublin was possible so the parachute aircraft relayed with dublin for him.
