Glenn, when I was talking to you I may have mentioned Sunquest in North Palm Beach County. About two months ago, they bought a Pitts S2-A and instruction is done by Jim Alsip. Just another reason to go to that area...

No need to register if arriving by car or other non-aviation means. Registering is only required for aircraft flying in for the weekend and intending to take part in the competitions on the Saturday.

Flyer1 and I are accounted for. Haven't heard any more details than what's already known. Let's hope there was just one on board and that he is in safe hands.

Thanks to all the organisers and Grown Ups for a brilliant event - enjoyed every second and learned a lot. I hope the sequel is in the planning already.

So we had pretty crap wx, but the flying, company and venue was fantastic. Thanks to the organisers for a great event and thanks especially to Hum, Eddie & Dave for the smoke and noise.

A few sign posts for the airfield wouldn't go amiss next year!

Sorry for continuing off-topic... Driving deaths are preventable (most are associated with inappropriate speed,) but I'm not sure what you are getting at?? I meant that the majority of road deaths are due to collisions between vehicles plus poor road quality which are factors outside the drivers con...
