im doing my PPL now but hope to go on for the cpl, should I get one of the big log books? i have a small one, and am only about 4 pages in, I said it to my instructor and he said not to bother and wait till its complete, but if its a good idea to use a large one, now would be the time to transfer al...

lol was thinkin that myself, but id rather have them on a napkin than not at all.

bring a notebook youself and get them to fill it in with as much detail as they would in a proper book, then when they get it sorted they can transfer them.

wasnt there a mention of them stopping the visas, I think the flight schools were notified of this, dont know if that would affect someone doing a 4 week course, but for a CPL maybe.

Because thats just what it is, the 'easy' way.

I think Ill get more satisfaction knowing I payed for my licence myself. (private of course, the bank better help with the commercial bit :D )
