Hi again, If you check out the Irish Microlights website, (I'm not sure of the URL), but they have located 1 short runway private unliesenced airfield in the area: "Minnistown", the deatils are on the airfields part of their website. Yep
Yeah thats right The Irish AOPA published one called Flying In Ireland- but it's long gone with the AOPA in Ireland. The next best option I can think of is contact Mark, who owns this website or the airports page of www.flyinginireland.com, has contact details of many aerodromes in ireland, but ther...

Or The Easy Option- a group of people, around 4 months ago were talking about setting up a flying club in the area...

Hello
Well, A Few Small Point's- 1. Most Of Them We're Actually Not As Widely Distributed To Shops Around The Country, such as Wings, which almost conquered Northern Ireland (A Real Task, Amonst British Aviation Mag's)- Maybe I Should Have Said "Nations-Wide" 2. Also (The Disclaimer!), I said "in my opinio...

Hello
Tadgh, I am so sorry to see the collapse of Wings, I remember buying my first copy of it in The Flight Simulator Fair in the Red Cow, I saw it grow from there, and thought how great it may someday be. But although it was not to be, thanks for keeping up the publishing as long as possible- You have m...

I actually can't quite remember where!, I saw it over a year ago! But I think if you go into a website about Dublin Intl (I think the official one), and click on the proposal for a new runway, you'll see it there. (PS: To whom it may concern, like myself, several roads, ussually good for aircraft sp...

I know I'm not likely to fly there soon, well not until I get my PPL anyway, but whats its current state, I might want to check it out, also on that subject, has Brittas Bay Been Sold?, and if so, is the buyer going to continue the operations, since its been closed for about 3 years now? Thanks Again-
