Hi Everyone. I've been tasked with doing a reseach topic on the subject of the Curragh Camp, I already have Donal MacCarron's book on the topic which is very useful, but it would be great if anyone could let me know of anyone who was directly involved in the internment process or helped the lucky on...

well that isnt any contradiction to what i said though Well the photographs confirm the evidence, but as I said for about an hour there probably would have been less than six airbourne, none the less sad to see them go, I got my last proper look at them in full action as Bray, ref my website for sh...

Well, Actually six Alouettes, however for about an hour only five of them were flying, because one dropped in at my place of work for press coverage in the middle of D6W. I was pretty shocked to see them zoom past the window at high speed, but quickly figured WW3 or retirement... ok it's time to say...

As far as I?ve been made aware they are still at the stage of seeing if grants are available, but they are also trying to see what feedback people have to the idea,...

In all fairness, as someone who wants funding in aviation for youth projects and heritage interests I'd love to say I'm bothered, but from a sole trader business point of view, I give money to homeless charities, not business marketing sylibi in UCD. It would be nice to see some of their clearly ver...

Haha very very true...

Technically, *apparently, verified by a girlfriend and also a flying friend*, the law states that any device capable of hovering over 9ft is classified as intruding aerospace, if it can continually operate at that altitude, any ideas???

It is questionable about these things, is it ok to fly over St Stephens green when there are 15,000 people in the area, when it is not ok to fly over an event with 6,000 people at it. The law is pretty much as it stands, even if a lot of the time it is misused and abused. On the flip side, LCY is ve...

The Lakeside in Blessington has the most pricarious heli-pad I have ever seen, it sits atop of a step hill, next to a tree, think I might have a photo of it somewhere if anybody is interested. Doubt it's used much cause of Baldonnel Op's. I know the hotel in Waterville, in Kerry has a disused landin...
