I think you may be able to convert your CAA JAA PPL A to a National Irish Licence, Then with differences training with a qualified Microlight instructor in Ireland, he can add a microlight rating to your Irish National Licence. I think their PA28 works out around €112 per hour wet! Just give them a call and im sure they will let you know.

I do believe that the two new tecnams they have are even cheaper!

Hi 737 Driver, The aero club has 2 tecnams, both purchased in 2008. @ Lorax The problem is that when you remove the ethanol, you reduce the octane of the fuel also! Most engines require in the STC that you need At least 95 octane.
