If Sparrow Hawk has an axe to grind against KAC that's no interest of mine. My point was merely that losing an RTF (as appears to be the case) would be a loss to Kerry which hopefully will be remedied. It's not impossible that KAC will be allowed to get its act together again but it may be necessary...

I think Sparrow Hawk has pointed out that the IAA is not providing accurate info to the public, as is their job. Not really Kerry Aero Club's fault.

Hope aviation interests in Kerry will pick up the pieces and form a new, properly compliant organisation.

Not standard fit - they are a Boeing installed thirdparty mod (BFE Buyer Furnished Equipment) from Aviation Partners Boeing, the same crew as the 757 winglets (and perhaps soon 767 winglets if APB can get a customer to certify them) m (note - wingspans are higher by 5 to 10 feet so in tight gates th...

Southwest and WestJet have been wingleting their new jets for a while and now FR's number of longish sectors has increased it's starting to make sense for them too.

Are Eirjet ETOPS approved? I thought 320s were okay for ETOPS180 (approval and maintenance allowing).

Seems Eirjet might be doing some US-Jamaica work - no wonder they didn't repaint!

I read elsewhere DUB-EWR, SNN-EWR and DUB-SNN-EWR were all being 752s and thus capacity, particularly of cargo, might go down compared to 764s.

gar787 - if you hadn't written a stupid subject line, how ever would we have thought you were referring to another airline

As for your planned routes, sure stick a 744 on them and see how it goes. If you can't get one AlphaOne might not need their J31 by the looks of things.

Is Cullen coming straight back or is he heading to Ottawa? (Fat chance I suppose...)

edited to note: if Open Skies proceeds along EU Comm lines EU airlines will be able to fly Ireland-US. Could one then see a 767-336ER (City of Cork) operate ORK-US? :D :D :D

BFP

sounds a bit harsh for one flight - are there punctuality stats for Easy at SNN?
