You can log all of it as far as I'm aware, just note it in the remarks column if you have one what kind of trainer the different hours were done in.

That's what I would do anyway :D

I have this book I used during my IR, it's in pretty decent nick apart from a slight spit on the spine of the book.

Jeppesen Flight Bag

I got this as a gift when I passed my most recent flight test but I have no need for it. Its the Jeppesen "Captain Bag".
