Right lads, The owner of Atlantic Flight training in cork, (not going to mention names) rang up the IAA, because i was flying at 14 and had around 15 hours flown. We were told by a person before that I could not log, the club was convinced I COULD log them. So i stopped logging them, the owner of A....

Im 15, started flying at 14. I have around 20 Hours logged, and i fly with Atlantic flight training.

Lads, what ive heard frrom an ex=student of southaer with atlantic, is that with southaer you can be waiting anything up to 2 months for a slot, with atlantic you wait 2 days , this is true as i fly with Atlantic myself so...

ATLANTIC defenatly, instructors always show up now, that problem was solved, you have professional service, and all people there are sound as a pound (maybe euro now). I train there weekley and i have no complaints as yet apart from 1 or 2 glitches last year but other than that brilliant.

Hi there,

1200 is the standard VFR code for the US. Europes standard squawk for VFR is 7000. But here in Cork (EICK) we have a set squawk range for VFR which ranges from 0200 - 0210 (i think thats how far it goes).

I agree also with all said here, it is too confusing listening to them, usually on my cork stream i have TWR, APP, GND on but when it gets really really busy i only leave on approach...because that is the stronger of the frequencies that i get...
