Shannon have a dedicated FIS on 127.50 nationwide, call them up, just tell them where you are out of, where you are heading to and they will ask you your max altitude and if you are flying to another airport, an ETA for there. Have to disagree with Rallye on this one. The control room is actuall quite large and spacious. There are at least 10 active stations.There is a designated visitors gallery in a room a floor above and it is equipped with an ATC station where the visitor can look at real time flight info and listen ...

As I said ta u on CAE dutch, I can try. Nothin much to see really. Big building but the control room is fairly small. Also a persistant smell of food in it due to the fact that there is no vents...

I wont get into an argument about the RYR site, but scripts on their site (idiotically) detect that we are UK, for a wierd reason.
