right folks can I have your opinion on Hour Building? heading back to Florida next February to do 100 hours. Did my PPL with www.flyEFT.com but didnt find them any use for hour building as they are more commercial orientated. Dont get me wrong I would go back and do Hour Building there as I would no...

great news, same thing happened to me.

I got a second opinion and got the all clear.

The doc put it down to "white coat syndrome". Its when a patient gets nervous when seeing a doctor which upsets the hearts natural rythm due to adrenaline.

you cannot become an airline pilot with a heart murmur because you need a CLASS 1 medical which you will not get with a murmur.

havent heard of this.

South Africa is a nice to place to fly. There was an Irish guy were I did my PPL in Florida who got his PPL in South Africa. He didnt have any problems. Not sure about the cost compared to the US.
