Two intermingled arguments here. First, many pilots, PPL and microlight, overrely on GPS and I agree it is a Bad Thing. (Not us, of course.) Recreational Pilot and Microlight Pilot qualifications worldwide operate around 25 hours. It does not mean that all or even most of them qualify in that time. ...
