I believe this clown has been caught up with by the CAA, he has spent alot of time flying in and out of sites in the south in the past.

I hope his licence is now gone.... :D

site selection is what needs to be questioned..... not a good idea using sites with overhead wires or a 9 degree slope on the ground!

A real shaded area this.... you can operate in & out of your private site / house but as soon as a objection comes your way the local council will adopt the "change of land use " ruling as they have done several times already. Dont be fooled by the IAA requirements as the council will ...

Great line up with 17 Helis on static with all types on show, the 76C++ was the biz...as was the mock up Embraer 300. Rumour has it more sales than Helitech :?:

Overpricing is right.. taken from a posting on PPRUNE Oct 06 ref Ryder Cup.

What did you think of the costs. For a A109 ?300 to land, ?150 to park and ?100 surcharge if you wanted fuel and then charged a heafty ?1.10 per litre.

And the guys at Baldonnel did all the work. :twisted:

I hear the IAA have a large stand at the exhibition with staff from all departments on hand for info, great to see the changing times of the regulator getting involved in this exhibition.

Chappies, Important you talk to the local County Council regarding planning permission before you go any further with the Airfield. I have seen lots of plans for Airfields and they fall on the planning side. May i suggest you speak to C Rooney at Trevet before you go any further!! County Councils do...
